What you will do
Accounting and Admin
- Process payments, invoices and receipts
- Set up and maintain financial records in Quickbooks to prepare quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Administrate payroll processes including government remittances
- Coordinate communication with accounting and legal support
People Ops Support
- Process full-time and part-time contracts, support in conducting onboarding and offboarding
- Conduct coordination of team benefits including with vendors HMOs
- Keeping employee database updated
- Provide other support for office management of a remote team
What you will need
- Experience with Excel, Quickbooks and other systems for payroll, government remittance
- Experience with digital payment systems and digital tools
- Track record of great work ethics
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and correspondence
